OWCA balance will be available to pay online by September 1st of the current assessment year. SIF balance will be available to pay online by December 1st of the current assessment year.

All online payments are charged a $2.50 convenience fee. Credit card payments also incur a processing fee of 2.5%, while ACH (aka electronic funds transfer) transactions have a $1.00 processing fee.
Payments may fail for a number of reasons, with the most common being invalid CVV or address and insufficient funds. Be sure your account balance is high enough to cover both the payment amount and the online processing fee. ACH payments sometimes fail due to a debit block in place for business accounts. If needed, you may provide the processor’s Originator ID: 1522077581 to your bank to preauthorize the transaction. If you believe your payment has failed in error, please contact your financial institution for a detailed explanation.
If an overpayment occurs, please send detailed email request for reimbursement to wcaudit@lwc.la.gov for review and response.
