Welcome to the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf (LCD), Interpreter Registry. LCD maintains the Louisiana Interpreter Registry, in pursuant of RS 46:2353. The LCD administers the statewide registration of all interpreters listed on the Interpreter Registry.
