The Report Number was included on the Notice of Violation that was mailed to you. You can find it above your name and address. It will start with "LA"
Your DOT# must be 8 characters, include the 0's at the beginning.
As soon as you receive your Notice of Violation letter in the mail, your payment can be completed online. The notice will typically be delivered within 30 days of your inspection.
Intrastate carriers without Federal DOT Numbers are not currently able to use the online payment portal. If you received a Notice of Violation in the mail and do not have a Federal DOT Number, please call 225-377-7100 to complete your payment via phone.
If you have been issued multiple citations, you can pay them off individually. Each violation cited to you will be displayed on the next page and you may select which of them you wish to pay at this time. You must pay off all violations before the deadline to avoid penalties.
There is a convenience fee of $2.50 as well as a processing fee of 2.5% associated with using the online payment application. Your fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
